It is expected that Century Mirai's RERA clearance would be obtained by the end of October 2025. Century Real Estate, the builder, has a history of delivering projects on schedule. The project has submitted every required document for clearance in order to comply with Indian rules. The pre-launch phase of the project is already underway. The official launch has been set for November 1, 2025, followed receipt of the RERA number.
